Find your size:
The size shown on the item’s label is indicated on every Product Page. To search for the size that interests you, please use our Size Chart which will help you find the right fit from size XXS to XXL. Our size chart is international and specific for certain countries and continents.
We do not accept returns and refunds, unless an item has a fault not identified prior to the sale. Imperfections or printing and color variations will not be refunded. Sale merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned and refunded.
It could take up to two weeks for a return to be processed during peak time. We usually accept returns upon receipt of their arrival at our warehouse. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the return to be processed. Once your return is accepted, we will process the reimbursement and send you a confirmation email. Any item will be refunded including the sales tax. Shipping will be at the customer’s expense.
Once you’ve placed an order with us, you will receive a confirmation email, which will include an order confirmation number.Then we usually send a confirmation email with the Order Number. As soon as the order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send a confirmation email with the Tracking Number.

Items Search and Selection:
To make a purchase on RoopaPemmaraju.com, you do not need to register or create an account;
You can select a product category from the navigation menu or browse our selections on the homepage. To find something more specific, use our filters on the product category page or the website’s search box on the homepage and enter an item you’re looking for.
On each product page, you will find all available sizes, colors and quantities, a link to the size chart, a description and composition of the item. Click on the product image to zoom in and see all product details and fabrics.
Placing an Order:
- Select an item from the product page, as well as a color, quantity and size.
- Add the item to the shopping cart by clicking on the ‘Add to cart’ button.
- Click the button ‘Check-out’ in your Shopping Cart, when you are ready to proceed with payment.
- Enter your email address, billing and shipping address and credit card information.
- Select a shipping and payment method.
- Check that the information you entered is correct and click ‘Purchase Now’.
- You will receive a message confirming that we havve received your order and it is being processed. You will then receive another email to confirm that the item you wanted is available and that your order has been placed along with an order number, including details of your order and a size chart if custom sizing is needed.
- The total of the purchase will be charged to your credit card when the order is shipped.
Promotional codes of Roopa Pemmaraju give you access to exclusive offers. To receive promotional codes, subscribe to our emails.
To take advantage of a promotion, enter the code at checkout in the appropriate field and click ‘Apply’. Only one promotional code can be used for each order. If the code does not work, please check the promotion dates, products and categories the code can be applied to.

Cancel My Order:

IMPORTANT: As soon as an order has been processed by our warehouse, the production process begins. For this reason, we do not accept cancellations. Once production is complete, no further changes can be made.
Any item or package can be returned as per our Return Policy.
Roopa Pemmaraju accepts the following payment methods by credit card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Paypal. The total will be charged to your card when the order is placed. Charge of credit card: As soon as you complete an order, the validity of your credit card will be automatically verified, as well as the availability of funds. The credit card will be charged when the order is placed, at which point you’ll receive a notification email.
Can’t complete my order: Please check that you’ve correctly entered your personal and your credit card information.
On RoopaPemmaraju.com, every purchase is made with maximum security thanks to the use of Stripe, our online payment processing system.
Our payments department may carry out anti-fraud checks before approving the transaction and for greater protection, they may contact you for further details before confirming the order.
Sales Tax is applied to your order in accordance with individual state and local regulations if your shipping address is in a State where our company is established and located. For this reason, sales tax might be added to your merchandise total and displayed on the payment page of the cart.
Shipping Times & Costs:
Shipping and delivery times are based on business days. They may vary if there is a Holiday in the country/State/town of the warehouse or of the delivery address.
U.S. Standard Shipping: $15: 3-7 business days (average delivery time)
Canada Standard Shipping: $25: 3-7 business days (average delivery time)
We also ship internationally.
You will receive an email including a Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our warehouse.

We do not accept returns, unless the item is faulty and this fault was not identified prior to the sale.
How to return a faulty item:
Please contact CustomerService@RoopaPemmaraju.com and fill out our Return Form.
Return Address: address + phone number of warehouse in India? Or your business address in the U.S.?
Please allow up to 2 weeks for the return to be processed. When your return has been received, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.
Roopa Pemmaraju does not offer last minute or weekend delivery, unless an item is available immediately and the customer is willing to pay for 2-Day or Overnight shipping.
Damaged or Stolen Package:
Roopa Pemmaraju is not responsible for damaged or stolen packages. Please contact CustomerService@RoopaPemmaraju to let us know; we’ll track your package and you’ll need to file a claim with the shipping company.
Sale items are all final sale. We do not accept exchanges or returns on them. Custom orders are not exchangeable or refundable.

- a) Exchange or credit is accepted if you are not satisfied with an item.
- b) Size exchange is possible if the item is available in the size you’re looking for. No additional charge will occur.
The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the return, however the customer won’t pay the shipping cost for the new item. You can exchange an item one time only. You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email when the package has been shipped.
Fill out the Return form online and indicate or select a replacement size and/or color from the available items.
Return a Gift:
We do not accept returned gifts.
We only offer e-gift cards for now. We do not offer physical gift cards. When you buy an e-gift card, the e-gift card and your message will directly arrive at the recipient’s email address. Then it is up to the recipient to use it according to the specified deadline provided with the unique code, identifying each e-gift card.
