Our artisans are at the heart of everything we create.
In partnership with Refugee Atelier in New York City, we work with skilled refugee and immigrant artisans to produce handcrafted garments using time-honored techniques. Each piece reflects a deep respect for craftsmanship, culture, and the hands that make it.
Designed in New York and brought to life in our atelier, our collections blend global influences with contemporary design. Every garment is thoughtfully made, crafted with care, produced in small batches, and intended to be a modern heirloom.
We are committed to fair wages, dignified work, and sustainable practices, creating pieces that honor both people and the planet.

Our Top Priority
Our sizes range from XXS to XXL. These are international standard measurements. However, if your body measurements differ, we would be happy to create a custom fit for you. With the help of your guides, please send us your body measurements or special requests to info@roopapemmaraju.com. Our top priority is to achieve the perfect fit for any body type.
Here is a guide on how to take your own measurements:
- Please note that we do not accept refunds or returns until the goods are faulty
- Approved returns are free of charge.
- Sale merchandise is final sale, refunds or exchanges will not be issued.
- Special instruction custom orders no refund or exchange
Please select your purchases carefully as we cannot accept refunds on purchases for change of mind. If for any reason you would you are not satisfied with your purchases, please contact Roopa Pemmaraju via customerservice@roopapemmaraju.com and we will be happy to offer an exchange or credit note. Size exchanges may be subject to availability. No additional changes will occur for size exchanges. Refunds may be accepted if the product has a fault that was not identified prior to the sale.
Roopa Pemmaraju garments are produced using natural dying techniques; this process can result in slight print variations. These imperfections are a part of the garment’s design and are not faults. Garments with printing variations will not be refunded.
Please give 2 weeks before shipping. There are no refunds or returns.
